Comments In Ms Word

Add balloon comments using Microsoft Word.

Microsoft Word allows you to add comments to a document, which appears as a note in a balloon along the margins of the page. This is where all comments that you insert or tracked changes are displayed. Comments are useful for making annotations or reviewing someone else's documents. The process varies slightly in different versions of Word.

Instructions

2. Highlight a selection of text you want to comment on. If you just want to comment on one word, click anywhere in the word.

3. Click the "Review" tab.

4. Click "New Comment" in the "Comments" group. A balloon will appear outside the document on the right side.
